What You'll Do:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate has strong leadership abilities, a proven sales record, and is adept at identifying new business opportunities. As the leader of Activation, you will focus on developing our relationships with advertisers and agencies to enable Criteo to deliver a growth agenda across a variety of commerce media strategies including onsite retail media and offsite media activations.
You will bring your market relationships, commercial knowledge, management capabilities and new business expertise to brands, agencies and retailer relationships, with attention to developing sales excellence that can be replicated across the region

  • Create a long-term vision and innovative sales strategy based on our new business goals. You'll build strong relationships with key clients and agencies influencing them to grow new business.
  • Identify, target and oversee execution of strategic approach for winning new business. Create and deliver strategic action plans in-line with India’s business needs, translating global priorities into regional action plans.
  • Collaborate with leaders across our business and develop high-level relationships with key clients and prospects.
  • Identify, prospect, win and develop direct relationships with high-level decision makers at target advertisers and agencies. Strong focus on the Whales we need to land as an organisation. Garnering cross-functional support to drive the adoption of Criteo by these key target accounts.
  • Partner with Agency leads to ensure the right partnership agreements are in place and are being adhered to, also drive the activation and maximization of existing strategic agency relationships.
  • Partner effectively with a broad range of internal teams Marketing, Legal, Account Management, Technical Solutions, Creatives and Product) to enable your sales efforts
  • Established relationships with key contacts in Retail/ CPG/ Consumer Electronics/ Monetization is a plus
  • Established relationships with key contacts with large customers across verticals is a plus

Who You Are:

  • Graduate with 8+ years of work experience. Master/MBA degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing landscape in India will be an added advantage.
  • Established relationships with key contacts in Retail/ CPG/ Consumer Electronics/ Monetization is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors across clients at all levels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to retain, recruit and grow talent
