What You'll Do:
Global Sales Effectiveness is a global team within Criteo that aims to drive sales growth and productivity by managing sales tools and strengthening sales processes. As a CRMA Reporting Analyst, you will be an integral part of Criteo’s fast-growing business. You will be a part of a young, innovative, and high-profile team. This role is based in Gurgaon, India.
The CRMA Reporting Analyst partners with commercial teams and with sales effectiveness colleagues to boost sales efficiency through sales reporting building, reporting insights, adoption reporting, and operational reporting.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- CRMA reporting building and Salesforce Standard reporting, focusing on 3 key areas: commercial reporting, business operations reporting, and on-demand customized view reporting.
- Delivers the reporting repository organization and ensures maintenance of exiting reports and equal evolution of the reports based on the need’s dynamic.
- Builds dedicated reports for sales leadership, either by assisting in the customization of global standard reports or by defining new reports based on specific requirements.
- Create supporting materials for end users to help them in building autonomously standard Salesforce reporting
- Data management activities: mass up-load, mass data creation processes.
- Partner with sales effectiveness and process owner to build reports contributing to the measurement of adoption or ROI
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, or Finance with a preference for industries such as media, software, or technology
- CRMA & Salesforce knowledge required
- Desirable experience with reporting & visualization tools such as Tableau, and PBI and strong Excell knowledge.
- High analytical and numerical skills, with good sales understanding and overall commercial acumen
- Previous experience administrating a CRM system, Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
- Able to work independently and as a part of cross cross-functional team
- Above all, you’re not afraid to go outside of your comfort zone, you’re proactive, a fast learner, and have a great sense of team spirit
