While international tech conferences offer a valuable platform for networking and exposure to the latest trends, women often face a visibility challenge in these settings. Panels and keynote stages are still predominantly male, making it harder for women to find role models and mentors in emerging technologies. While some conferences are working to change this by implementing diversity quotas, the industry needs to take more significant steps to ensure that women are not only seen but also heard on these global stages.
