TechWomen is an initiative of the U.S. Department of State that empowers, connects, and supports the next generation of women leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) by providing them access and opportunity to advance their careers and pursue their dreams. Through mentorship and exchange programs, TechWomen brings women from Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East to the United States to gain firsthand experience in the American tech sector.
