Corporate culture plays a pivotal role in either facilitating or hindering mental health support for women in tech. Companies that foster an inclusive environment, promote work-life balance, and provide gender-sensitive mental health resources are better positioned to support their female employees. However, many organizations still uphold a culture where long hours are glorified, and mental health issues are stigmatized, thereby undermining the well-being of women in tech. To truly support mental health, a cultural shift towards understanding and flexibility is essential.
