One of the challenges in today’s multicultural classrooms is the variety of languages spoken by students. Current teacher training modules are slowly incorporating strategies for English Language Learners (ELL), but there is a pressing need for more in-depth training. Teachers must be equipped not only with language teaching strategies but also with cultural sensitivity to support ELL students effectively.
