One of the significant challenges women face in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields is pervasive gender bias and stereotyping. Despite progress, there's a still prevalent belief that men are more suited to STEM careers. Programs can bridge this gap by actively promoting gender-neutral beliefs, providing mentorship opportunities with successful women in STEM, and creating awareness campaigns that debunk stereotypes.
