Women are more resilient than men not only at work but outside work too. Resiliency is inbuilt trait and we should take pride. It is very important to have resilient mindset specially when you are in male dominated field. Kudos to women leader leading teams full of men and facing everyday challenges head on and managing conflicts with intelligence. At the same time let’s acknowledge men who believe in strengths and capabilities women bring on the table.
