From my perspective, one of the most impactful actions I can take is to advocate for equal opportunities across the board. This means being vigilant about the fairness of hiring processes, promotions, and project assignments, and actively speaking up against any gender biases that arise.

It's not just about making noise; it's about ensuring that our evaluation and decision-making processes are transparent and equitable.

Taking it a step further, I believe it's essential for me to use my position to mentor and sponsor women in tech. It's about opening doors, sharing networks, and providing the kind of opportunities and visibility that can make a real difference in someone's career.
