Bio
Paula Ghelli is a Founder and Career Mentor at GLOW. Paula has had a successful international career in large technology multinationals such as IBM, Salesforce, and Workday working in 4 continents in the last 25 years.She went from being a Software Developer in Brazil to becoming the Chief of Staff to the IBM CEO in the UK and achieving other C-Level roles during her career. Being a young female immigrant in Tech, she learned that doing a great job wasn't enough to get recognized. It was also important to communicate it with confidence.
Her mission is to empower women in Technology to recognize their talents and share them with the world.
