My talk will briefly cover areas of growth in career at work and beyond those business hours. Having a job is not enough, we should have a career that makes us feel fulfilled as someone who has walked the face of the earth for greater things beyond doing dishes and paying bills. Additionally, I will also be covering about the effects of poor networking and social connections that has a detrimental effect on a woman's soft skills. I hope to inspire atleast a few women to be integral leaders at their own workplace or society.As conclusion to my talk I would love to give few tips on working in/for a startup environment, and what all to focus on when planning to start up your own company. Some topics discussed under the same would include strategic business growth/expansion, market research and innovation box.

I am a 24 year old professional in the IT sector who is transitioning into the energy sector to use my skills and experience in the IT field as a Infrastructure developer to tackle our current global issue, climate change. I have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and I have immense passion towards becoming a leader, and help girls and women alike to take charge of their careers.
