Job Description
We are looking for a CTRM Platform Coordinator to join our team to ensure our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by this innovative Commodity Trading landscape. CTRM Administrator responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining our Commodity Trading databases, and training staff on the effective use of CTRM products.
Acting as platform Super User, you will support Business Stakeholders as well as supervising 3P Vendor performance.
Ultimately, you will work with a small team of IT professionals to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by CTRM effectively and efficiently.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Triage user support tickets
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Support team members and monitor user adoption of CTRM tools in our organization
- Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
- Organizes new challenges and drive business results
- Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports
- Promotes good working relationships across a project, cultivating the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among all project stakeholders
- Continuously develop and deliver bold and innovative solutions that differentiates Syngenta
- Develop and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
- Work with the countries to identify the most effective use cases and take responsibility for their implementation and potential application to other countries in the region
- Manages accountability with vendors when the solutions are developed or managed by third party vendors.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, science, engineering, IT) or equivalent knowledge is required.
- Proven experience on Commodity Trading companies.
- Work closely with technical experts for end-to-end delivery ownership
- Ensure effective stakeholder management at country, region and global level.
- Proven work experience as a CTRM Administrator or similar role
- Proven experience on Commodity Trading companies.
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of CTRM systems or similar tools.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain CTRM interfaces with ERPs.
- Demonstrated experience to work across functional boundaries
- Working with management of the local, regional, and global business organization.
- Successful handling of conflicting pressures from different stakeholders.
- Work in an international and multidisciplinary team environment
