ソリューションアーキテクトは、アカマイのお客様と協力して、ROIを最大化し、リスクを軽減し、オンラインイニシアティブを最適化するソリューションを設計および実装します。お客様のビジネス戦略を常に念頭に置きながら、複雑なインフラストラクチャ、コンテンツ配信、アプリケーションパフォーマンスの課題を解決するためにチームと緊密に連携します。

 

ソリューションアーキテクトとしての役割：

• Web、メディア、セキュリティソリューションの配信のすべての技術的側面（設計、テスト、運用開始など）を所有しています
• お客様のプロアクティブな技術コンサルタントであり、あらゆるエンゲージメントで価値を提供します
• 戦略的顧客に対する信頼できるテクニカルアドバイザーとしての役割を果たします
• トレーニングについて顧客を指導します
• 顧客の実装中に発生する問題を解決するために、部門の枠を超えたチームと提携します

この役割で成功する為に求められる事とは：

• Webアプリケーションの実践またはTCP / IPネットワークについての理解
• 1つ以上のWeb開発言語/方法論/アーキテクチャに習熟している
• 技術的な顧客対応の役割での経験と、進んでコンサルティングサービスを提供したいとゆう意思がある
• 革新的なソリューションで複雑な技術的課題を解決した経験がある
• 高度な技術情報を簡潔に表現できるコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキルを持ち合わせている
• 日本語が堪能で、英語での読み書きが出来る

Join our Solutions Architect team

Our Team provides managed services and proactive and reactive support to our global customers. We utilize tools, process and knowledge to integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions for our clients. We collaborate to solve problems, innovate to provide creative solutions and work to continuously improve for our customers and our team.

Partner with our enterprise customers

As a Solutions Architect you will work with Akamai's customers to design and implement solutions that maximize ROI, reduce risk, and optimize their online initiatives. You will work closely our team to solve complex infrastructure, content delivery, and application performance challenges, always with a mind to our customer's business strategy.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the design, test and go-live technical aspects to ensure delivery of web, media and security solutions
• Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers through delivering value with every engagement
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to our strategic customers
• Delivering coaching and training to customers to ensure value and usability from our products
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have hands on experience with web applications or an understanding of TCP/IP networks
• Be proficient in one or more web development languages, methodologies or architectures
• Demonstrate experience in a technical customer-facing role and a desire to deliver consulting services
• Have experience solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
• Display communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate highly technical information in a concise manner
• Be fluent in Japanese and competency (reading/writing) English
