Accountant (Maternity Leave Coverage)

What You’ll Do

• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry of bills and invoices into accounting software. Experience with QuickBooks (desktop version) is a plus.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to work with Pivot tables and other functions as necessary.
• Conduct basic reconciliations, such as bank reconciliations and accounts payable reconciliation.
• Process simple Journal entries and demonstrate an understanding of basic Debits and Credits.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop version) preferred.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot tables.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to perform reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
