- Oversee CRM management, focusing on Hubspot, Salesforce, and other marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
- Establish and enhance reporting mechanisms to track marketing activities effectively.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to align marketing with broader business objectives.
- Supervise a team of specialists, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Track digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights for constant optimization.
- Interface with key stakeholders, including Sales Leads, BDRs, Rev Ops, and Sales Ops, to drive strategic initiatives.
What you bring to the table
- Solid experience in B2B and SaaS marketing operations, with a comprehensive understanding of various marketing functions like events, content, paid media and email marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM tools.
- Proven track record of working across departments, especially sales operations and revenue operations.
- Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- Ability to mentor and drive a team, fostering collaboration and skill development.
- Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with a wide array of stakeholders.
