The Role

CXO Executive support services.
• Provide on-site support at designated as requested by the Sr.VIP User.
• Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies
• Configuration of OS, internet settings and proxy settings etc
• Configuration of mail clients and troubleshooting mail client related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop / laptop OS issues
• Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to
respective vendors
• Troubleshooting printer / scanner related issues at users’ desktop/laptop and reporting
hardware issues to vendors
• Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers
• Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops as per standards
• Assist users in accessing applications based on standard SOP’s
• Installation and configuration of application clients (as per SOP)
• Vendor co-ordination in terms of Call logging, tracking and closure for OEM calls pertain to
hardware, software and networking support
• Engineer to provide VIP Users immediate response and resolution , so should have very good
technical troubleshooting skills
• Coordinate its activities with the Service Desk and provide Level 2 Support to the VIP Users as
necessary.
• Resolve Incidents and Problems associated with laptop and Software, and provide break/fix
support, advice, and assistance to VIP Users.
• Resolving all Incidents and Problems associated with failure or degradation of Services related
to device and office productivity software.

Required Skills and Experience

•8+ years of experience providing IT support
Must have Skills :
• Excellent technical skills to handle Windows OS devices
• Able to support issues on Office productivity software, Outlook, MS teams , One Drive.etc
• Provide back-up and restoration support to VIP users as per need.
• Troubleshoot network /Wi-Fi issues at end user device
• Excellent communication skills- English language

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
