As a Lead Program Integrator, you will be responsible for partnering with product management teams to create a clear strategic direction for building the Patient Care Solutions Product(s) Or Platform(s) and leads the team to deliver product objectives. This role leads the team to deliver product objectives, drives clarity by defining and prioritizing the work, defines critical interdependencies and deliverables for the cross-functional team, works with the Business and Core Team leading cross-functional work, manage program risks, deliver quality and impactful products, within budget and on schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Articulate the program leadership role and challenges accurately to others - Check with a problem statement and how the candiadate communicates with details
- Experience in handling stake holders - cross functional teams, customers, platform/product leadership, product management, and engineering teams.
- Candidate Should communicate to all levels (teams, direct leaders and upper management)
- Knowledge and experience of medical device QMS requirements.
- Experience of contributing towards strategy to optimize delivery to QMS requirements.
- Should have Experience working with QA/other leaders to delivery on QMS relevant deliverables.
- Prior knowledge on planning, leading and executing project, develops plans, identifies and mitigates risks to plan
- Prior Project management experience and project management tools-PMP , Agile , Scrum
- Creates and ensures effective and efficient communication across business functions; motivates and energizes the team through leadership
- Works as an equal partner with the Business Team and Program Core Team to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features
- Provides expert guidance and support to the product program organization in various technical/functional aspects of research, engineering, supply chain, and service
- Leverage their technical/clinical/leadership experience to work on business initiatives aimed at driving technology harmony, innovation, process convergence and/or quality excellence for a specific product
- Solves complex and ambiguous problems leading the strategic and forward-thinking cross-functional program execution including (but not limited to) concept discussion, program execution, clinical and pilot trials, supply chain integration into production and product field delivery with product sales and service; demonstrates ability to work at transparently at the business level
- Works closely with the Product Management and NPI teams to drive product direction to meet external customer and market needs
- Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements. Able to Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
- Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget and resources and facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
- Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan and Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required. Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
- Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project, Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting and Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
- Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's or master’s degree (BE/MS) with minimum 7+ years of experience of Project Management.
- PMP, Scrum, Agile Master or related Project Management certifications
- Prior experience with Medical Devices or Device connectivity domain preferred

- PMP, Scrum, Agile Master or related Project Management certifications
- Prior experience with Medical Devices or Medical device experience or Healthcare Industry only
