What You'll Do:

Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.

Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with clients or internal departments.

Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and update accounting systems.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing and revenue.

Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and implement best practices.

Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Manage internal/external client request related to invoicing
Who You Are:

You have Background in accounting
-
Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of billing procedures and accounting principles.

Proficiency in billing software and Excel.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
-
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
