Booking Operations Team reviews and analyzes customer contract changes and reports bookings data through the monthly bookings cycle. The team collaborates with stakeholders to streamline, simplify, automate and bring efficiencies in the process. The data is used for sales commissions payout, measuring sales productivity and annual planning of sales quota.

As a Booking Operations Analyst II, you will support finance goals and objectives. You will support operations, analysis, documentation, collaboration with cross functional teams and continuous process improvement.

As a Booking Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Processing monthly transactions and communicating variance between forecast and bookings calculation to sales and sales-ops.
• Researching and resolving discrepancies; addressing issues related to data, particularly those impacting compensation and commissionable transactions.
• Creating reports and analyzing data for patterns that indicate problems to be addressed or opportunities to investigate.
• Investigating root causes and working with relevant team(s) to address issues and process improvements.
• Owning and delivering on key business activities in support of the monthly close.
• Preparing presentations, documentations on process, policy for reference and training purposes.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 3-5 years of Finance or Operations experience with a bachelor's degree in finance, or business management
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Be able to understand, analyze and organize complex and/or sensitive data sets.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively articulating financial and sales bookings to diverse audiences.
• Have knowledge/experience working in Salesforce, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Siebel Analytics/Oracle.
• Possess drive for results, ability to multi-task and handle ambiguity and cross-functional team dynamics.
