Unconscious Bias Training A First Step Not a Solution

While unconscious bias training is a critical first step toward breaking the glass ceiling for women in tech, it should not be seen as a panacea. For substantial progress to be made, these efforts must be part of a broader, multi-faceted approach that tackles the root causes of gender disparity in the industry.
