One of the most egregious violations of privacy, revenge porn, disproportionately affects women. Although some jurisdictions have begun to recognize and legislate against it, the enforcement and effectiveness of these laws are questionable. This part evaluates existing legislation on revenge porn and suggests areas for improvement.
