The fight against stereotypes and stigma related to mental health is far from over. Female leaders can play a significant role in this battle by using their platforms to advocate for mental health awareness and challenge traditional norms. Yet, the scale of these efforts needs to be expanded dramatically to create significant societal shifts. This indicates that more action and a broader acceptance of female leadership as agents of change in mental health advocacy are required.
