Bio
Perla has been in tech for over 7 years and is currently a Lead Consultant at Thoughtworks, a global software consultancy. She is passionate about the breadth of growth opportunities within technology and actively pivots with experience as a full stack developer, tech lead, data engineer, technical assistant to the CTO, and now product manager. She believes in the power of community and storytelling, and uses that as a north star in her engagement with WomenTech and Latinas in Tech.
