Swathi Sundar is an Engineering Leader at Benchling, where she leads software development teams building the next generation SaaS platforms for the life sciences industry. Prior to Benchling, Swathi worked as an Engineering Manager at Uber, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft. She is passionate about mentorship, teaching, and recruiting. Outside of work, you would probably find her hiking and camping in National Parks.
