This talk is for anyone in tech looking for strategies to help their teams through crisis.At the core of a leader's role is the responsibility to ensure the well-being of their teams. Companies may be taken over, recessions may take place, and even pandemics may occur - all of which can lead to disruptions in your colleagues’ personal and professional lives.
In this session, I will share important tools to lead teams through significant organizational change, enabling them to stay afloat and make a positive impact amidst chaos.
Bio
I am driven by the intersection of technology, social impact and leading teams to success. My passion is technical product development - building and leading diverse product and engineering teams to solve hard problems, drive business impact and have fun doing so.My experience spans multiple countries and industries, ranging from media and ecommerce in the US to sociopolitical space in India and international development in Cambodia. I have experience shepherding engineering organizations through explosive growth and the change, challenge and opportunity that comes with it. I enjoy working in and can be equally effective in both startup and large company environments.
