Prior to Customer Success, I started my journey as a research project manager, helping researchers to get international funding for research. Also, I taught economics in different universities in Colombia. After that, I decided to expand my international career in Germany where I was part of the team that helped a German company to open an office in Spain. Also gathered experience in digital marketing.
