As the Vice President of Marketing for the ActOne Group, a multibillion-dollar employment solutions organization, Nancy is responsible for leading all marketing initiatives for its 19 sister companies and divisions. I'm making a positive impact within DE&I and the community of young women forging their pathway to success through STEM by building a substantial movement for women gaining business and job equity in STEM careers. My teams challenge the norm by partnering with world-class brands that turn viewers into believers and believers into advocates for change!
Edwidge A. Robinson
With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Edwige A. Robinson's expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, engineering, operations, and risk management, has led to sustained organizational transformations in the US and Global marketplace. With her data-driven approach and passion for progress, she has consistently provided structure and glide paths for organizations to realize their potential for sustainable business growth. As a Transformation expert, Edwige drives social impact strategies along with incorporating robust diversity, equity, and inclusion frameworks that support employee recruitment and retention as well as supplier diversity.
Michelle Joliat
Michelle Joliat is the Senior Managing Director, Product and Delivery at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan based in Toronto, Canada. OTPP is a global investor with $240 billion in assets under management delivering retirement security for 331,000 Ontario teachers.
Michelle spent the first 12 years of her career in management consulting, with the next ten heading up digital, digitization, robotics and process transformation at two of Canada’s largest banks. Michelle has been at OTPP for 2.5 years and has she led the restructuring of the the entire IT, Project Delivery and Data and Analytics organizations to a Product-based operating model enabling the Technology teams to be more responsive to the needs of internal business partners. Michelle now leads the teams of Product Management (and all major digital technology applications and platforms Enterprise-wide), Delivery Management (including Project Delivery/PMO, Agile Enablement Office, and Change Management), Business Analysis and Process Transformation, and Program and Financial Reporting.
In 2019 Michelle received three prestigious awards including “Canada’s Tech Titans: Top 19 of 2019” honouring Canada’s top 19 most prominent innovative technology leaders of 2019, Outstanding Achievement of the Year at the 2019 Women in Finance Awards Canada, as well as Woman of the Year at the 2019 Women in IT Awards Canada.

I am a seasoned results-driven technology leader who is passionate about Engineering innovation, building cool products, and bringing engineering, business, and strategy together. The products that I have built over years have primarily been across DevOps, SaaS, Security, and Storage domains. As a leader, I focus on a growth mindset, transparency, empowerment, and engineering effectiveness. I like to build inclusive teams and invest in developing individuals within team and outside teams.
