Bio
In his 15 years of industry experience, Kausheek has held a variety of technical and management roles in the consulting, telecom and pharma space. After completing his Bachelors in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Kausheek has held various consulting roles with major global telecom companies- AT&T and British Telecom for 5 years. He pursued his MBA at Hult International Business School, Boston and joined Boehringer Ingelheim Ridgefield Campus in 2012 starting with a 6-month EBT in Ingelheim. During the first 2 years of his career, he led Global Veeva projects, implementing Veeva Vault and Approved email. For the next 4 years, he moved to a leadership role, as Head of IT EFP Legal strengthening BI’s defensibility through robust workflows & smart technology adoption in Legal eDiscovery and Collections space; in the post Pradaxa settlement era. In 2020, when BI decided to provide data science capability centrally, he built and led the Central Data Science, Americas team with his team delivering various data science use cases from all business areas in Human Pharma and Animal Health. As well, he led Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Community of Practice in parallel. Earlier this year, he started a new job as Head of IT in Boehringer Ingelheim Canada Limited. Kausheek’s mantra is learn, unlearn and relearn with a passion for new and evolving technology, always looking to take smart risks. He’s been a speaker at various Technology conferences, promotes STEM education in schools and associated with MMH-Ashoka youth mentorship programs. He lives in Toronto with his wife and their two young children.
Monica Oswald is a Director in IT at Boehringer-Ingelheim, based in Ridgefield, CT who leads a global team in the Americas & APAC that partners with the Finance organizations. As a professional with more than 25+ years’ experience in Finance and IT, Monica has held a variety of business, technical and leadership roles in the technology, telecom, specialty chemicals and the life sciences industries. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA in International Business both from Pace University and has spent much of her career with large global companies including Verizon and IBM. Monica’s passion is coaching others in their professional growth thereby enabling talent development at Boehringer-Ingelheim. Many of her former employees have moved onto management positions at different levels across the Boehringer-Ingelheim organization which energizes her belief in empowering people. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, reading and spending time with her 2 sons.
Shilpa Jaiswal is a Lead Business Consultant with multiple geographical experience having worked in 3 countries - India, Singapore & Germany. Shilpa has 12+ years of experience as SAP Consultant in mid to large Consulting Companies & End User Company. Currently working as Development Lead, Project Lead and Vendor Manager for Middleware Technologies in Boehringer-Ingelheim. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors – hiking, travelling, trying some new sport or just lying by the beach.
Mariann Hyde has over twenty years of experience in making IT projects work. After earning her MBA from University of Connecticut, she began her career in software engineering and leading customer support teams and evolved into Business Analysis because she excels in translating the needs of both internal and external customers into productionalized software. From there she honed her leadership and mentoring skills in Project Manager roles, including leading a complex software migration project and a portfolio analytics product for a large financial client and starting her own software development consulting firm called "Hyde and Seek". As BI's new Head of Central Data Science, Americas, Mariann is passionate about bridging the communication gap between business partners and technology teams. In her spare time she looks forward to using BI's diverse office locations to support her love of travel.
