Bio
Angel McDowell is a member of the technical staff with AI Division at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Carnegie Mellon University who has a wealth of experience in various industries. Before joining SEI, Angel served in the U.S Army, where she honed her skills in strategic planning. She has also worked at a start-up in the Bay area, Amazon and Peraton with a concentration on large data sets and innovative approaches. Angel holds an MBA and MA in Political Communication from the University of Florida and a BA in Political Communication from the University of Washington
