Organization and Role
The IT Employee and Infrastructure Services team at HP Inc. manages Global IT operations for all the IT Infrastructure for HP Inc. In the last 3 years, HP IT has driven multiple transformation programs to align with business and stakeholder priorities. This has resulted in focused ownership of end-to-end operations and accountability by delivering on SLAs and KPIs which are closely aligned with Business priorities. As part of this team, the Manager of Region and Site Support will ensure Operational excellence for all AMS sites working very closely with CREWS and MADO.
This includes the management and solutions of end-to-end IT site management and relationship management. This position will be responsible for financial management and operational success and will own all real estate IT programs in the region. Acts as a key advisor to management in influencing the strategic direction of the IT site services organizations as it relates to real estate management, conference room strategy, and telecom expense management.
Key Responsibilities:
An active leader in the overall mission of the Region and Site Services (AMS) ensuring an optimized/balanced program management strategy, successful operation and financial execution, and realized business outcomes. Owner of the financial management and SLA/KPI standardization to drive consistency across IT operations and new initiatives.
Creates strategic and tactical operations and resource plans, goals, and priorities for the organization based on business and IT roadmap and functional objectives.
Own E2E OPS by delivering on SLAs and KPIs which are closely aligned with Business priorities.
Incident Management 360: Utilize Enterprise class incident management process. This includes but is not limited to:
P1 Management, Reporting, communications
Root Cause Analysis
Improvements and Forever Green Activities
Reducing Mean Time to Troubleshoot and Repair
Collaborate with the strategic choice of partners to provide operational and financial excellence.
Maintain stability and reliability while supporting agile MTP with consistent outcomes.
Custodian of IT environments with HPI technical “Know how capabilities”.
R&R is structured geographically – accountability for different platforms but also local escalations.
Own key relationship with telecom expense management partner.
Work hand in hand with corporate real estate and MADO teams.
Identifies opportunities for and drives organizational initiatives and programs to support business process improvements and cost reductions.
Provides overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; drives and fosters organization-wide performance standards, expectations, and practices to support ongoing team member and process development.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technology or Business Administration. Masters or higher degree preferred.
Typically, 15 or more years of related work experience, including 10 years of people management experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution.
Organizational and strategic management skills, including budget and business planning and forecasting.
Strong financial negotiation skills with AMS vendors. Understanding of AMS vendor landscape is a must.
Strong ITIL processes understanding to support DC infra and DBA/platform services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences.
Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with senior management and executive roles for internal and external partners.

Education and Experience Required:
