Job Title: Continuous Improvement Leader

Location: Pune, India

About the Role:

You are a Continuous Improvement professional with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in leading and implementing global projects. You have driven large scale independent Black Belt Six Sigma projects and lean transformation projects across geographies. You have experience and knowledge of working in a global setting across time zones. You value self-dependency and reliability as much as we do, and appreciate working in a diverse culture of a global company.

Role Responsibilities:

1. You would be responsible for executing global strategic improvement initiatives / projects that drives organizational growth, enhances workforce capability and demonstrates breakthrough & continual improvements

2. Articulate client value proposition to drive high-value outcomes for their businesses

3. Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve the process through structured methodologies

4. Motivate and lead large cross-sections of the organization through the CI journey

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or master degree, preferably in Computer science, Computer/ IT engineering or a comparable degree program

2. Mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt and / Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification

3. Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale improvement projects

4. A Thought leader with knowledge of latest continuous improvement practices and industry trends with strong business & financial acumen

5. Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

What we would appreciate:

1. Knowledge of Customer Service domain or Digital transformation domain (preferred, but not mandatory)

2. Process optimization experience

3. Impeccable reporting and management skill
