- Optimize Marketing Channels: Collaborate with channel owners to optimize digital marketing campaigns, providing performance recommendations and deep analyses.
- Data-driven Insights: Transform raw data into persuasive visual content, delivering growth insights, campaign efficiency analysis, and cohort data blending.
- Operational Execution: Support campaign execution using SQL and scripting tools, ensuring efficient data acquisition and blending.
- Influential Partner: Collaborate with digital channel owners, supporting both strategic presentations and ad-hoc requests.
- GTM Strategy: Craft raw data and analysis into well-written, impactful content for senior stakeholders and executives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Establish strong partnerships with product, revenue, and cross-functional teams, guiding investment decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaigns, ensuring optimization based on industry best practices.
- Strategic Recommendations: Present strategic recommendations on product, GTM, launches to leadership, supporting critical investment decisions.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing/analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools like Tableau, R, Domo, etc.
- Strong communication, data visualization, and collaboration skills
- A proactive and creative problem-solving mindset
