Your day at NTT DATA

Essa vaga é para um Analista de Redes;
Suportar a rede local do cliente, redes WAN;
Conduzir e executar de troubleshooting;
Contribuir para a operação e processos da área de Infra de Redes, através de organização de documentação;

What you'll be doing

Administrar e monitorar o ambiente de redes do cliente;

Diagnosticar incidentes e problemas administrando redes complexas, incluindo dados, vídeo, voz e wireless;

Executar changes em ambientes “vivos e de alta criticidade”;

Detectar e minimizar novas vulnerabilidades e riscos do ambiente de ativos de Tecnologia da Informação da empresa;

Cumprir SLA acordado entre clientes externos e internos;

Contribuir para a operação e processos da área de Redes de Computadores, através de organização de documentação;

Descrição adicional do cargo:

Conhecimento dos protocolos de roteamento (BGP, iBGP, HSRP, OSPF, MPLS, VRRP);

Configuração e operação de ACL, NAT, VLAN, Spanning Tree, multicast, 802.1x;
