Job Summary

Business Data Analyst works as part of a team that supports and enhances NetApp’s Business processes and Data Quality.  You will utilize your strong operational, technical, master data competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate and develop processes and procedures that meet business requirements. To do this successfully, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and drive quality improvement projects.

Job Requirements

  • Perform Master Data Set-up (Product, Customer, InstallBase) in NetApp systems
  • Engage with key business stakeholders for Master Data Operational activities
  • Support projects as required, including participating in requirements gathering, system enhancements.
  • Support data quality improvement initiatives. Monitor Data Quality scorecard.
  • Prepare and publish operational and quality metrics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong documentation skills. 
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Flexible to work in Hybrid Working Model.
  • Experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Analysis.
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Product Configuration, Bill of Materials (BOM) etc.
  • Experience working on enterprise applications , Oracle applications such as Agile, ERP Cloud.
  • Exposure to New Product Introduction (NPI), Supply Chain Management, Data Visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI) will be added advantage.

Education

Engineering degree or a university degree with 1 to 3 years of Experience is preferred.
