About the role:

As a User Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for resolving issues related to LucaNet products and third-party integrations. Join our SWE Support team to help clients by addressing and resolving technical and user-based queries swiftly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service quality.

What you'll do:

  • Address and qualify customer enquiries via telephone, providing prompt support and error analysis.
  • Support users on issues related to various LucaNet modules, including Consolidation, Financial Planning, Tax Compliance, and ESG Reporting.
  • Create, review, and update knowledge articles to improve team efficiency.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members, sharing best practices and insights.

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed training or degree in business administration with a year of relevant experience.
  • Sound understanding of controlling, finance, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, enhancing productivity.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or above). Knowledge of additional languages like Italian, French, Dutch, or Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Basic technical skills, including familiarity with Windows and Linux systems, and capabilities in SQL and databases.
  • Previous experience with ticketing and CRM systems is advantageous.
