As an Education and Research Strategy Consulting MBA Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of helping institutions across the Higher Education Industry turn challenges of today into the opportunities of tomorrow. You will use innovative problem solving and analytical thinking to help clients shape organizational strategy, improve financial operations, and enhance administrative efficiencies. What you’ll do:

Participate in multiple workstream or sets of interrelated activities providing manager leverage across all components

Drive one or more workstreams on one or more projects; supporting project management (status reporting, financials)

Work with highest level of independence/ agency with reliable results

Track internal and client progress

Own initiatives and manage delivery of them
Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

MBA Graduate degree obtained by May/June 2025

U.S. work authorization
-
Interest in working with Higher Education institutions

A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical skillset

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products

A consulting role with Huron requires travel to client sites. The nature and frequency of travel will depend on the specific project requirements and client needs
The base salary for this job is $125,000. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $140,000 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
