As a Principal - IT Supply Chain Transformation Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing strategic initiatives & programs primarily focusing on Next Gen Supply Chain Planning to optimize and digitize our supply chain processes. Leveraging extensive experience in Technology, Program Management, Supply chain management, the role will drive transformative projects, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure high quality deliverables in a timely manner by leading cross functional internal & vendor partner teams across the globe. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, program management and leadership skills to drive significant changes in technology, systems, processes, and culture.
In this role, you will strategize & Implement best-in-class program management practices for ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of program including setting clear objectives, developing detail plan, ensuring stakeholder, risk & change management, ensuring quality assurance, establishing framework to monitor and measure performance & establishing effective communication plan.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field with at least 15 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience in Kinaxis/O9/Blue Yonder implementations.
Creative, vigilant leader who can adapt to the organization, external factors & business needs
Proven experience in program management, project management, or IT transformation roles, with a track record of successfully leading and coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and drive alignment among diverse groups of stakeholders.
Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques, with experience in assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and facilitating cultural change.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban, as well as experience with project management software and collaboration platforms.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to manage assignments with limited supervision.
Solid understanding of software development standard methodologies and respective quality guidelines.
Excellent in stakeholder and change management.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
