The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) is responsible for driving program execution within the General Imaging and Primary Care Business. Programs will focus on Variable Cost Productivity, New Product Introduction and/or Installed Base activities. The LPI leads cross-functional program planning, communication of program status and execution of program deliverables from early conceptual designs through system integration and manufacturing to meet all quality, content, schedule, and budget targets. Job Description

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Partnering with the Product Program Manager to ensure effective and efficient communication and execution of the deliverables with the cross-functional program team.

Working with the system, subsystem and cross-functional team members (Product Management, Sourcing, Supply chain, Quality, Regulatory, Service, etc.) to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with the necessary features.

Planning resources and materials for timely program execution.
-
Ensuring that the product development process abides to the business Quality Procedures, Phased Review Discipline and regulatory needs of the applicable markets.

Working with the functional engineering leadership team to grow functional and domain expertise within the team.

Developing strong stakeholder relationships in an effort to drive program execution utilizing cross-functional resources.

Working with global partners to improve efficiency on development of global platforms.

Taking ownership of Program management deliverables as required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
-
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience as an engineer or project leader in a technical position.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in project leadership within a product development or manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including strong influential, communication, and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated understanding/experience with the full product life cycle and development process which includes: Productivity projects, New Product Introduction programs, and/or Installed Base activities.

Demonstrated problem solving ability and ability to drive results.
Desired Characteristics/Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related degree).

Attention to detail and ability work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.

Demonstrated ability to own and drive daily execution and burn down of critical tasks needed to meet the program timelines.

PMP certification.

Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues.

Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of a product/program.

Knowledge of GE Healthcare tools and processes (engineering, sourcing, supply chain such as Agile, PDM, Oracle, MyWorkshop).

Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products.

Change agent with energy, passion, and enthusiasm to drive change.

Demonstrated effective interpersonal, networking, and teamwork skills with internal (cross-functional) and external (supplier) customers.

Diverse experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service or other related functions.

Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile Framework.

Previous experience working with regulated medical products.
