You would be joining a rapidly growing global team that is able to leverage EPAM's unique offering: our software engineering heritage combined with business and innovation consulting, design thinking, and physical-digital capabilities provide real business value to our customers. You will play an integral role in shaping this team and leading by example for the wider practice.

Technical Directors at EPAM lead large-scale complex programs involving multiple vendor software solutions, multiple EPAM practices and external vendor delivery partners. Solutions will include package software and custom, engineered solutions. They empower their team to be the best and ensure project success.
