What You'll Do:

Overview

Part of Criteo’s Global Performance Marketing Practice, the Regional Performance Strategist enables the rapid scaling of new offerings and leverages analytics and insights to drive success for the global C-Growth business. The role works in a regional capacity, but must have the ability to work in a global cross-functional framework, and is a critical member of important strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial and operational enablers to deliver and accelerate our Global Performance Marketing Strategy

• Drive the execution of our Performance Practice Priorities that have been set for the coming fiscal year

• Drive cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis (example: Criteo GO!, Commerce Marketing 2.0, etc.)

• Assist business owners in improving existing commercial performance through analysis and cross-functional project work

• Understand local market nuances and determine what it takes to win in key markets and verticals

• Drives the identification and sharing of best practices

• Accelerates the scaling of new initiatives by driving the end-to-end process design of new offerings; identify new tasks and ensure task owners are identified

• Develop and implement a monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report for the Performance Practice and Global GM

• Communicate to key management stakeholders on key business opportunities

Who You Are:

  • Strategic thinker

  • Proven success within the digital media or AdTech space

  • Experience in building stories leveraging data / data drive

  • Experience in performance marketing

  • Sales strategy experience

  • Team player and eager to work in fast paced industry

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$100,560 - $135,000
