Quantum computing, like many other STEM fields, is witnessing a transformative change with more women entering and excelling in these areas. As we see a gradual, yet certain, increase in female representation in STEM, the future of quantum computing research and development indeed looks to be more gender-inclusive, harnessing the full spectrum of talent available.
