To support more women in green tech startups, efforts should begin at the foundational level by promoting and providing education and scholarship opportunities specifically for women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). By increasing the access and incentives for women to pursue higher education in these fields, we can create a stronger pipeline of female entrepreneurs and innovators ready to lead in the green tech sector.
