While workshops and seminars are valuable tools for education and empowerment, they alone cannot bridge the gender gap in technology fields. The gender gap is a complex issue that stems from societal stereotypes, a lack of early education opportunities in STEM for girls, and workplace cultures that do not adequately support diversity and inclusion. Hence, these initiatives must be part of a multi-faceted approach that addresses the root causes of the gender gap.
