Absolutely!
Unfortunately at the moment policies and standards are so different from company to company, country to country, region to region.
In some companies and countries NIST standards are applied, in others ISO, and Europe builds its own EU space policies etc.
Everyone who tries to understand, know and apply cyber security at work/in private life gets easily confused.
