The current state of legal support for women entrepreneurs in tech requires a rethink. While there are initiatives aimed at addressing this issue, the scale and scope of these efforts are not enough to effect systemic change. Startups and the broader tech industry need to commit to comprehensive and accessible legal support services for women. This includes not just legal advice and representation, but also education, funding, and advocacy efforts that recognize and mitigate the unique challenges women face in the tech landscape.
