Dedicated to young women of color, Black Girls CODE aims to increase the number of women of color in the digital space by empowering girls aged 7 to 17 to become innovators in STEM fields. Through community outreach, workshops, and after-school programs, they offer young women the skills, confidence, and support to enter and thrive in tech careers. This program is pivotal for building diversity in the tech industry and supporting women from underrepresented communities.
