Session: Navigating Global Diverse Teams
Do you work in projects where even small delays and changes could result in significant impact and costs to the involved stakeholders? Do you drive strategic projects with practical implications for end-users and businesses?
Then you are most likely aware of the kinds of difficult situations team members and project managers are confronted with. Moreover, owing to the current uncertain times, remote work has become the norm for more than a year now. This change brings with it different opportunities as well as challenges, one of which is working and collaborating with virtual teams - especially globally distributed, cross-functional, diverse, and intercultural teams.
In this talk, I will share my learnings and experience having worked as part of such projects, which are complex both technically and interpersonally.
