As we learn to traverse our path as a professional, there will be many times where we will need to negotiate our position.So, the question then becomes why are so many people frustrated with the outcomes? We often beat ourselves up because we were unable to represent ourselves in the best possible way. Perhaps, we lost our composure, or walked out when we should have stood our ground. So many times we look back and wish 'if only I had done it better'...
