Session: Revolutionizing Board Culture
Boards of Directors provide guidance, oversight and accountability to help organizations navigate uncertainty and thrive. As boards seek to enhance their effectiveness by bringing in new voices and perspectives, they must also curate a culture that leverages the power of diversity. In collaboration with the California Partners Project, a non-profit co-founded by First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom, the Stanford VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab launched the first-ever playbook on board culture in January. Learn about the insights that drive both inclusivity and effectiveness to maximize board potential.
