Session: Responsible AI in the World’s Most Innovative Enterprises
Generative artificial intelligence is now a strategic imperative at Fortune 1000 enterprises, who have also increased initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Yet a majority of GenAI and LLM companies are exclusively male-founded, and a recent study by Turing Institute found that only .3% of venture capital into AI companies goes to female-founded startups. In this talk, I'll share my perspective as one of the .3%--and insights into the opportunities that are unlocked when Fortune 1000 enterprises prioritize DEI as part of their emerging investments in Generative AI.
